Prana Furniture is a small, family-run custom furniture business based in Garut, West Java, Indonesia, currently serving customers across the West Java region, including Bandung and Tasikmalaya. Each piece of furniture is specifically designed by considering its size, function, and desired design, ensuring that it suits the unique needs of every customer.
The business was established around five years ago as an independent initiative, starting from producing simple furniture for personal use. Over time, the products gained recognition through close networks and gradually developed into a business that serves various custom furniture requests. Up to the present, Prana Furniture continues to grow, marked by an increasing number of customers and more complete working equipment.

Can I request a custom design (my own size, color, or model)?
Yes, absolutely, as that is precisely how we work. Every single piece we create is essentially custom-made, meaning the model, size, and color or pattern are entirely adjusted to match your needs and personal taste.
What does the ordering process look like from start to finish?
It is simple and straightforward. We start by discussing your specific needs, followed by an on-site survey if necessary, and then we prepare a design layout along with a cost estimate (RAB) for your consideration. Once you approve the design and the down payment is received, we immediately commence production through to completion.
Is an on-site survey always required? Is it free?
Our on-site measurement surveys are completely free of charge. Our team will visit your location to measure the space accurately. This step is typically required for integrated interior projects such as kitchen sets, bedroom sets, or room partitions. For standalone items like a wardrobe or a study desk, a survey is not always necessary.
How long does it take to build a piece of furniture?
It depends on the size and complexity. Simpler items like a study desk, wardrobe, or bookshelf usually take about one week to complete. For larger projects such as a kitchen set or a complete bedroom set (wardrobe, bed frame, and study desk), we require a longer period of around one month to ensure the finest results.
How does Prana Furniture ensure product quality?
Quality matters most to us. We pay close attention to selecting standard materials, maintain neatness at every stage of production, and ensure that the final result accurately reflects the design you approved.
What materials are used?
Our primary materials consist of engineered wood such as plywood and blockboard, finished with HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) or a melamine coating to deliver an authentic solid-wood appearance. For additional accents, we also utilize materials like aluminum or stainless steel, as well as glass or acrylic for tabletops and cabinet doors.
Can Prana Furniture repair or refinish old furniture?
Absolutely. If your favorite furniture is starting to look worn out, we provide a repair and re-laminating service to restore its overall appearance to a fresh and beautiful, like-new condition.
How can I get a cost estimate for the piece I want?
A detailed cost estimate (RAB) is professionally prepared right after we assess your specific needs and draft the initial design. This ensures that the quote accurately reflects the dimensions and materials you choose. Production will only proceed once you have approved both the final design and the corresponding budget, and after the 50% down payment has been settled.
Is there a warranty on the furniture?
Yes, for your peace of mind, we provide a 6-month usage warranty on specific hardware components for selected products. This warranty covers the replacement of damaged parts during the initial six months of use, such as door hinges and drawer rails, ensuring you can enjoy your furniture with complete confidence.
Does Prana Furniture serve areas outside the city, or specific regions only?
Yes, we do. In addition to our local surrounding areas, we also provide delivery and installation services for out-of-town locations such as South Garut, Bandung, and Tasikmalaya.
What are the payment terms (down payment amount, when the balance is due)?
Our payment system is transparent and easy to follow. You are only required to pay a 50% down payment of the total cost upfront, and the final payment is settled only after the product is completed and neatly installed at your location.
